A Right of Way (ROW) permit grants organisations the legal authority to cross, occupy, or use a defined corridor of land for critical infrastructure within Ekiti State — including pipelines, fibre cables, overhead lines, water mains, and road crossings.

All ROW applications in Ekiti State must be submitted and processed through this portal in accordance with Ekiti State Infrastructure Regulations.

The proposed ROW corridor must fall within Ekiti State's boundaries across one or more of the 16 LGAs.
